If you are planning on visiting our conference center for a meeting or event, please make sure to read through this page and submit all of the required information. The Visit Authorization Request form is available for download.
All US Government employees (Military or Civilian) and Contractors:
Please submit Visit Requests to the SAF/AQ Conference Facility utilizing the following procedures. The Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) is the preferred method of transmitting clearances. If utilizing JPAS, please type the name of the technical POC and Name of Meeting in the "POC" block.
JPAS SMO codes are:
- 3BM515 (Collateral)
- 3BM51-SCI (SCI)
If JPAS is unavailable, please fax or send via email an official, signed Visit Request to:

Faxed Visit Requests require the following information:
- Full legal name (L, F, MI)
- Rank
- Social security number
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Clearance level
- Date of investigation
- If investigation is out of scope provide the date your new PR was submitted (If this information is not provided clearance will be entered as "None")
- Full organization address
- Purpose of visit (Title of Meeting)
- Visit POC (Should be the host - Not Security or Visit Control)
- Dates of visit
- Security manager's signature
- Voice phone number
Note 1: Visit requests will be accepted for the time period of the specific meeting only. Permanent Certificates are not accepted at the SAFTAS Facility.
Note 2: SCI access, if required, should be sent either by JPAS to SMO code 4TXA23 or by Record message in standard format SSO USAF//AFIAA-IAS// with instructions to "Pass to SAF/AQ Conference Facility via FAX at 703-253-1385 or email: DL-SAFT-Conference-Facility@saftas.com and cc: saftas-security@saftas.com".
Note 3: The SAF/AQ Conference Facility is not co-located with the AF/SSO, therefore, it is imperative you include these instructions, otherwise, the AF/SSO will not know who to pass these accesses to and the visitor's SCI accesses will not be on file at this facility.
